Andrew S. Jaffe,, is a licensed  real estate broker for over 46 years Arizona including having held his license in Illinois. He possesses deep knowledge in all aspects of  brokerage, asset management, property developments, and management... .  Andrew has also been hire numerous times as expert witness regarding various cases. He  also  has published many different articles...  Andrew has served on many  RE committees includes executive-level Board positions, including the President, with the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers  and President of the Corfac International.  He has been a guest speaker at numerous international real estate conventions, and has held various other high-level posts.

Additionally, he was appointed as a member to the Arizona Department of Real Estate Educational Advisory Board including a teacher at the Arizona School of Real Estate.  Over the years, Andrew has received a number of real estate achievement awards including “Highest Number of Transactions” for two consecutive years, “Largest Retail Deal” in 2005, “Largest Office Transaction” in 2007, and Largest R & D Transaction for 2010, and Largest investment deal in 2011 awarded by CORFAC International.

Through out Andrew’s career, he has completed over 3,000 transactions in all areas of real estate.  These areas include but are not limited to:

• property and land leases and sales
• purchase and sale contracts
• lease renewals  and new transactions
• lease/sale of build-to-suit properties
• handling properties for real estate investment trusts, institutional owners, banks and issuance company including Sun West Life Assurance Company of Canada, Allstate, Travelers and Chase Banks. 

The value of these transactions has exceeded over $1,000,000,000.00 and encompassed over 1,000,000 square feet of property.
