Andy Mills, SIOR CCIM is the President and Broker of Elford Realty, LLC and Elford Asset Mgt. He co-founded Elford Realty in order to provide a different level of service that was more flexible than larger brokerages. Andy works with both tenants and owners on strategies related to their real estate acquisition and disposition. He views his role as an advisor to help clients understand the market and effectively achieve their goals with their real estate by creating proactive strategies. His approach to the business is simple: work hard, practice integrity, add value, communicate often, pay attention to details, and ask for the business. Mr. Mills is an active member of many organizations including NAIOP, ICSC, NAR, Ohio Realtors, Columbus Realtors, SIOR, and CCIM. He also has served as an Adjunct Professor at The Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University teaching introduction to real estate finance.
