Bob Deininger started in Industrial real Estate in 1995. He joined CPI in 2010 and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and related industries. Throughout his career, he has consistently been recognized as a top-producing sales agent and a trusted advocate for his clients.

Bob has successfully completed over 500 transactions totaling more than $450 million, averaging approximately $10 million in sales annually. His expertise spans a wide range of projects, including over 72 build-to-suit/design-build user developments, 8 ground-up industrial / office parks, and multiple office park and lot programs. Collectively, these projects represent more than 400 acres of land.
