As an Executive Vice President and Managing Partner for Bradford Realty Services in Dallas, Texas, Brian Pafford has over twenty (20) years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in leasing industrial/flex portfolios, tenant representation, and investment sales. Brian completes over sixty (60) transactions per year with both regional and national tenants, as well as entrepreneurial and institutional owners. This consistent deal flow provides in-depth market knowledge and analysis, which maximizes value for his clients. Prior to joining Bradford Realty Services, Brian conducted site selection services for the development of Eckerds (now CVS) in Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Pafford is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and holds a broker license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Brian achieved the Industrial Top Gun award by Blacks Guide, and accomplished CoStar Groups Power Broker Award for being among the Top 20 for Industrial Leasing transaction volume in Dallas/Fort Worth. He was also a former board member of the Great Southwest Industrial District Association. Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University.
