Brian’s career spans 30 years of commercial real estate, strategic planning, accounting, finance, human resources, asset and property management, and information technology.  Brian is responsible for managing the daily operations, technology, and financial resources of the company, while directing the team toward a unified pursuit of the company’s mission and vision.

Through a collaborative approach with senior management, Brian is focused on formulating and implementing the long-term business goals of CPI, while building a unique corporate culture that is people centric and family oriented. His reliable integrity and consistent ethics have made him an essential member of CPI's Leadership Team.

Prior to joining CPI, Brian held various positions with Cole Investment Advisors and Cole Companies, Inc., locally owned REIT, development, and property management companies. His roles included VP of Finance, Director of Corporate Finance, and Controller.  Brian has also held the positions of Real Estate Accountant/Representative at the VIAD Corp, Special Projects Controller at the Dial Corp, and Division Controller at Omni Flight/NativeAir.

Brian has a degree in finance, with an emphasis in accounting and information technology from Arizona State University.
