Chad joined Endura Advisory Group in 2026 as Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services. He brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with the last 20 years focused on healthcare development, tenant representation, and landlord agency leasing. His specialized expertise strengthens Endura’s ability to serve clients in the growing healthcare real estate sector.

Prior to joining Endura, Chad spent nine years with Transwestern’s National Healthcare Advisory Services group as an Executive Vice President. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President at Atlee Development for 11 years, where he played a key role in the development of 18 healthcare projects totaling more than 800,000 square feet.

Throughout his career, Chad has earned industry recognition for his leadership, performance, and impact in healthcare real estate. He received the CoStar Impact Award in 2025 and was named a Top Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate by Real Estate Forum Magazine. His depth of experience, industry knowledge, integrity, and proven success make him a respected leader and top producer in his field.
