Cole has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2016, beginning his career with Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office before joining Southeast Venture’s brokerage team in 2018. With extensive expertise in office and medical office tenant and landlord representation, he specializes in tenant advisory for office and healthcare clients, applying his skills in market and financial analysis to deliver strategic, data-driven solutions. Cole holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, where he gained advanced knowledge in commercial real estate finance, development strategy, and project management. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), reflecting his proficiency and commitment to excellence in the field. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Finance from The University of the South. In 2020, Cole was honored as one of Nashville's Top 30-Under-30 for his achievements and dedication to real estate. With a solid foundation in financial analytics, reporting, and transaction processing, Cole is well-equipped to guide clients through complex real estate transactions, offering thorough and responsive support at every step.
