As a highly skilled commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in office, industrial, and retail landlord/tenant representation and investment sales, I possess a broad range of technical skills that enable me to provide top-notch service to my clients. My expertise includes lease negotiation, financial analysis, market research, property valuation, and contract negotiation. I also am proficient in a variety of software and tools, including Crexi, CoStar, LoopNet, CRM software, and Excel. All of which, I use daily to serve my clients.

As an Arizona native, I have a deep connection to and am an active member of the local community. In addition to my professional pursuits, I participate in a variety of extracurricular activities, including volunteering for various charitable organizations as well as hiking, traveling with my wife Macy, and playing pickleball.

Throughout my career, I have successfully helped hundreds of local, regional and national businesses relocate, expand, or "right-size" their operations by providing expert guidance on commercial real estate investment and leasing decisions.
