For over thirteen years, Dan has served clients in every segment of the market; providing guidance through both tenant and landlord representation, as well as buyer and seller representation. His experience across all four client profiles enables him to provide value beyond a transactional role and truly act as a trusted advisor. Dan helps his clients with site evaluation and selection, lease negotiation, lease analysis, contract negotiation and market analysis. He brings value to a varied range of clients, whether it be assisting small business owners with lease versus purchase options, or providing local expertise and asset management strategies for national and institutional clients.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Dan has a depth of experience in both sales & leasing. Dan’s prior experience in managing a national chain retail operation gives him a unique perspective that enables him to better serve both Tenant and Landlord. Dan has pursued further education opportunities and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which he uses to better serve his client’s needs. Additionally, Dan has been involved in the sale and leasing of over $225,933,000 in overall transaction volume. In 2023, Dan was recognized as Broker of the Year for being the highest producer on the team.

PERSONAL LIFE & INVOLVEMENT

Dan resides in Maitland with his beautiful wife of thirteen years, Liz, his daughter, Bonnie, and his sons, Jesse and Wesley. He serves as an elder of Orlando Grace Church, enjoys Scuba diving in his free time, and is an avid fan of the Gators.
