Dominique Greco is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in hospitality, retail, and entertainment assets across Central Florida. A former City of Orlando official, she served as the Special Policy Advisor for the Nighttime Economy, where she worked at the intersection of public policy and placemaking to strengthen the region’s social economy.
A lifelong advocate for small business, Dominique is the founder and executive director of the Orlando Hospitality Alliance, a grassroots organization supporting independent operators and amplifying the voice of Central Florida’s hospitality industry. She holds a master’s degree in International Tourism and is a graduate of ULI’s Real Estate Development Initiative (REDi) program. Her career blends public service, entrepreneurial leadership, and real estate strategy—positioning her uniquely within tourism-driven markets and experience-focused development.
