With more than 27 years of experience in retail sales and leasing, he has cultivated his expertise by working in challenging and redeveloping areas, spurring economic vitality within those neighborhoods, and obtaining results. His tenacity has contributed to his success and reputation in these areas. Professional Background Prior to joining TRI Commercial, Mr. Cuebas spent 17 years at Newmark Knight Frank as Associate Director and more than 10 years with Meacham Oppenheimer, a Bay Area real estate boutique company. Throughout his career, he has focused on representing landlords and investors in selling, ground leasing and securing tenants for all retail product types; owner-users in acquiring real estate for their businesses; and tenants and franchises in localizing first-time businesses and expansions. Some of the tenant clients he has represented include 99 Cent Only Stores, Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy and Rockin' Jump trampoline parks nationally.
