Hayim Mizrachi, SIOR, CCIM is CEO | Principal | Broker of MDL Group, where he leads the strategic direction of the company and works closely with the leadership team to oversee operations across all divisions, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class commercial property management and brokerage services.

Founded in 1989, MDL Group is a leading commercial real estate services provider in Southern Nevada, offering commercial property management as well as brokerage sales and leasing for companies, investors, landlords, and tenants. Headquartered in Las Vegas, the firm employs more than 50 professionals and is a proud member of CORFAC International.

A Las Vegas native and graduate of UNLV, Hayim has practiced commercial real estate since graduating university. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation early in his career and was recognized with the SIOR designation in 2025.

Prior to joining MDL Group, Hayim served as Managing Director of NAI Global Las Vegas, then a top-five commercial real estate company globally. In that role, he oversaw more than 200 transactions annually valued in excess of $90 million. Under his leadership, the firm expanded from 10 to 18 agents and increased fee revenue by 29%.

An experienced industry leader, Hayim has served as President of several prominent organizations, including Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV), NAIOP Southern Nevada, and CORFAC International. He was nationally recognized as NAIOP President of the Year, and during that same term, NAIOP Southern Nevada was awarded National Chapter of the Year.

Hayim is a graduate of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute (DLI) and altMBA, a leadership workshop founded by Seth Godin. In 2022, he co-created and launched the Developing Organizational Leadership Institute (DOLI) for NAIOP Southern Nevada, which received national recognition in 2024 with a Chapter Merit Award for Best Education Program.

Outside of work, Hayim is actively involved in the Las Vegas Jewish community, including volunteer work with The Jewish Federation and Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. He is also the creator and host of the award-winning blog and podcast Takeaways, where he shares insights from industry events, leadership experiences, and the people who have influenced him throughout his life.
