Heather Rohde started with Gerspacher Real Estate Group in 2019. She worked with both the marketing team and property management team as she learned the industry. In 2024, Heather elevated to Operations Manager where she uses her skills to create and hone processes to make Gerspacher Real Estate Group more effective. Heather has a background in production management. Her strengths lie in process efficiency, problem solving, and numbers. She resides in Medina with her husband, Tim and three children.
