Jake Monroe has had experience providing for landlords since 2015 when he first interned at Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate. Jake joined the Andover team in the Spring of 2017. Focusing primarily on the industrial market, Jake has gained experience working with both local and institutional landlords and tenants. As a native to the Seattle area, Jake looks forward to developing relationships with business owners that also call the Pacific Northwest home. In his spare time, Jake takes every chance he gets to enjoy Washington’s wilderness. His favorite hobbies including hiking, fishing and bowhunting.
