Jeff Pollock is the founder and managing principal of Pollock Commercial, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate advisory firm he established in 2009. Jeff works with companies, property owners, and investors across metro Atlanta on strategic real estate decisions, including tenant representation, landlord representation, building sales, acquisitions, and development consulting.

Known for his thoughtful, hands-on approach, Jeff helps clients navigate complex real estate decisions with creativity, persistence, and deep knowledge of the Atlanta market. His experience spans a wide range of transactions, including single-user building sales, lease negotiations, investment acquisitions, and advisory services for development projects.

Jeff is a respected leader in the commercial real estate community. In 2020, he served as President of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the largest commercial Realtor association in the United States. He also served as statewide President of the Georgia CCIM Chapter.

In 2021, Jeff was recognized as a Most Admired CEO by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Beyond his professional work, Jeff has been active in community leadership for many years. Since 2003, he has served as a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. He is also active with the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and was selected for the organization’s Emerging Leadership Program in 2011.

Jeff grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and earned his degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
