Jerry Sullivan is a 36+ year veteran in Chicago’s commercial/industrial real estate industry. Jerry’s primary focus is in Chicago’s I-55 and I-80 corridors. Mr. Sullivan prides himself on providing his clients with professional, unbiased advice throughout his career. Jerry has worked with a variety of clients within the Chicago metro market, as well as representing his local clients as they expand their real estate needs nationally. Jerry has twice been recognized by his peers as a finalist in the prestigious Industrial Transaction of the Year Award by the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP. Jerry continues to represent national companies and entrepreneurial firms in the Chicagoland area and client organizations and nationally.
