Since joining Southeast Venture in 2000, Jimmy has successfully brokered more than 3,000,000 square feet of commercial improved property and 75 commercial land sale transactions. Jimmy was named as a Principal of Southeast Venture in 2020. Jimmy specializes in client site selection and acquisition, business relocation, commercial land sales, urban in-fill redevelopment, and industrial and office leasing and sales. Jimmy earned a bachelor's degree from Auburn University and a master's degree from the University of Montevallo.
