Highly active, seasoned CRE Broker providing Retail & Industrial Leasing, Land Sales, and Investment Brokerage in Mid-TN and SE US for more than 30 years!  John Cavin has been a Broker with Southeast Venture in Nashville for 25 years and was previously employed in various Corporate Real Estate Executive positions for the 10 years before that. John holds a BS in Mathematics and MBA the Owen School at Vanderbilt. John began his career in Real Estate in 1989 working as a Property Manager for Taco Bell Corporation, then as Director of Real Estate for Rite Aid Drugs, and later as Director of Real Estate for Dollar General where he built more than 400 stores before launching out on his own as an independent Broker/ RE Agent in 2001. Mr. Cavin has extensive experience in Restaurant-Retail- and Industrial Land development projects and building sales, resolving complex legal issues, shopping center leasing and development, lender-owned REO sales, and Industrial Leasing and sales. A sampling of clients include Wal-Mart surplus properties, Gibson Boat manufacturing, Rollins Industrial, Exxon, Publix, Bank of Nashville (REO), Zaxbys, Firehouse Subs, Capital Bank & Trust, Saint Thomas Hospital, and National Healthcare (NHC) Corp.
