Ken has consistently been a Top Producer over his career and has 35+ years experience in the Phoenix Metropolitan Commercial Real Estate market. He has sold over $725 Million dollars of commercial real estate and completed a multitude of lease transactions. Ken was one of the three founding members of EBS & Associates, a commercial real estate firm from December 1999 until its merger with Commercial Properties, Inc., (CPI) in October 2009. Ken's personal philosophy is simple - work hard and efficient, understand the transaction, maintain integrity and ethical standards at all times and treat all parties with utmost respect. Ken's knowledge and experience are extensive from Investment sales, Owner User sales, Land sales and leasing. Ken's awards since joining CPI are as follows: Commercial Properties, Inc.
