Kyle Davis

About

Kyle has worked at CPI in Retail Sales and Leasing since 2014. Kyle assists his clients in building their wealth 

through Commercial Real Estate, with strategic leasing, selling, and acquisitions and has developed a deep 

network of Property Owners, Tenants, and Investors.

As a member of CORFAC International, Kyle is able to assist clients with commercial real estate needs on a 

National level and is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Kyle attends 

multiple ICSC events every year including the annual RECon event in Las Vegas where over 30,000 owners and 

investors gather for networking, deal-making, and professional development.

Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree from BYU—Idaho in Business Management, with a Major in Finance and 

Minor in Entrepreneurism. Kyle is also a 2022 CREXi Platinum Broker Award recipient.
