Lee specializes in investment sales, site selection and development, landlord and tenant representation and buyer and seller representation. He has particular expertise in infill development areas and a deep understanding of local existing entitlements and zoning processes. After joining Southeast Venture as a property manager in 2011, Lee joined the brokerage team in 2016, the development team in 2022, and became a principal in 2022. Lee primarily focuses on Southeast Venture's development projects and assists the brokerage team with investment sales, site selection, and land sales. Additionally, he works on landlord and tenant representation assignments.
