Matt is a Partner in our Leasing & Development team.

With over 20 years of Central London experience providing property advice to both landlords and occupiers, Matt is able to strategically assist his clients in making the best decision supporting their overall goals and strategies. 

A selection of Matt's leasing and development work has involved a range of clients including Clearbell, CBRE IM, Columbia Threadneedle, Motcomb Estates, Oxford Properties and The Royal College of Surgeons, . 

Recent instructions include the disposal of 62 Threadneedle Street for Columbia Threadneedle, the disposal of Aldwych House, 71-91 Aldwych for Rowan Asset Management and he is currently advising Gravtia Property on the leasing of Mercury, 124 Theobalds Road. 

In his spare time, Matt is kept busy by his two young children and enjoys watching and playing numerous sports including tennis, golf, football, cricket and sailing.
