I am a partner with Chilmark Real Estate Services, with over 18 years of dedicated experience in the commercial real estate sector, I have established a robust track record in property acquisition, leasing, and investment strategies. I am known for a keen analytical approach and a deep understanding of market trends, I have successfully navigated complex transactions and built lasting relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.   

Michael began his career at Newmark Knight Frank, where he honed his skills in lease negotiations for all sectors of the industry. Over the years, Michael has worked with diverse clients, from small businesses to large corporations, providing tailored solutions that drive growth and profitability.   Michael considers himself an honest, hardworking and loyal broker with great communication skills.  Passionate about leveraging technology and innovative strategies, Michael stays ahead of industry trends and regulations to deliver exceptional results. 

Outside of work, Michael is an advocate for sustainable real estate practices and enjoys mentoring emerging professionals in the field.   My specialty is helping Commercial Tenants find the perfect location to fit their business growth plan now and in the future for all office, industrial, retail and medical uses. Tenants can also benefit from relationships that I have with reliable professionals in related industries, from movers to furniture suppliers, IT, architects and construction.
