Mike Goldwater

Mr. Goldwater has been in the commercial industrial real estate business since 1998 and specializes in industrial buildings for sale or lease throughout the Southeast Valley and Airport submarkets.  He joined Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2008, and was formerly with Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow Company and Ross Brown Partners.

Mr. Goldwater has proven himself to be a very motivated team player, establishing a noted client list and showing his ability to be a “strong closer”.  He has worked with all assets of industrial real estate including working closely with property managers, contractors, and developers.  He has underwritten multiple large projects including Westech Business Center I and Koll Cotton Center.

He has represented numerous corporations on lease, build-to-suit, land and building sale transactions both for users and investors, including Charter Mechanical, Walters & Wolf Construction, Wilson Properties, LGE Design Build, LBA, Schnitzer Properties and ING Clarion Partners.

Mr. Goldwater is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
