Patricia (Patti) Evans

About

Patti is a Louisville native and a seasoned real estate agent with over 35 years of experience. After graduating from Sullivan College in 1985, she launched her real estate career in 1986 with Semonin Realtors, drawing on her previous experience in investing in income properties. In 1987, Patti began appraising real estate with J. Michael Jones & Associates, gaining expertise in single-family and multi-family homes, small commercial and industrial properties, vacant land, special purpose properties, utility easements, and highway condemnation projects. She is a certified appraiser and a licensed Realtor in Kentucky, with past membership in the International Right of Way Association. Currently, she is affiliated with the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). 

In 1989, Patti co-founded an auto parts company with her late husband, which was later passed on to her son and brother-in-law. In April 2001, she transitioned to full-time real estate sales with experience that spans a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, vacant land, commercial spaces, leased properties, office spaces, and industrial property. Since 2007, Patti has devoted 90% of her time to commercial real estate sales and leasing.

She is currently an active agent with Duncan Commercial Real Estate (2023) in Louisville. Her extensive knowledge from over three decades in appraising and selling real estate makes her a truly versatile agent.
