Ray operated independently for over twenty years, building, remodeling and purchasing residential real estate as well as owning a construction company. Ray joined Duncan CRE in 2010 successfully marketing both commercial and residential properties. He is a member of Kentucky Real Estate Exchange, Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association, the Louisville Apartment Association, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and Louisville Builders Association.
