Renée Rosenheck is a trusted commercial real estate advisor with a diverse professional background spanning more than 20 years. She specializes in office, medical, and industrial properties across metro Atlanta, representing both tenants and landlords in leasing, purchasing, and sales of commercial space - including owner-user buildings. Her clients range from publicly traded companies and international firms to small businesses and women-owned enterprises.

Before entering commercial real estate, Renée spent eight years advising companies on corporate site selection for large-scale industrial projects, headquarters and U.S. office locations, following an early career in international trade and economic development. This strategic foundation informs her holistic, business-first approach to every transaction she manages today. Her extensive experience with foreign-owned entities has made her a sought-after advisor for international companies establishing or expanding operations in Georgia.

Renée holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida, and she is fluent in French. She is a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) Million Dollar Club and serves on the ACBR Forms Committee.
