Rick began his real estate career on a foundation of real estate analysis and valuation while working with Allen, Williford, & Seale, a real estate consulting group based in Houston. He soon transitioned into the brokerage arena and over 20 years has acquired an extensive knowledge in investment sales, acquisitions, brokerage and leasing of office, industrial and land assets. His depth of knowledge has made Rick a trusted advisor across a wide spectrum of property types throughout the region.
