Ron Willet

Ron began his real estate career in early 2008 working as a retail broker for Colliers International in Walnut Creek where he represented retail landlords throughout the East Bay in their leasing and sale requirements. He also partnered with a team to represent, negotiate lease terms and assist with expansion plans on behalf of national retailers such as CVS, 7-Eleven and Chase Bank. In 2010, Ron transitioned to Grubb & Ellis Company. From there Ron worked as a financial services officer for Mechanics Bank, a San Francisco Bay Area community bank, where he assisted clients with all financial needs including lending, online banking and investment banking before returning to commercial real estate in 2012.
