Mr. Ratchford has been active in leasing and sales of commercial and industrial properties since 1984. He has specialized in industrial real estate since joining King in 1993 as an Associate Broker where he has represented such clients as TDK (build to suit), Faropoint (Investment) and Invesco (landlord rep). He is also a licensed pilot using that skill to to visit properties outside the Atlanta MSA. For his clients, Mr. Ratchford handles property investment, disposition, site and building acquisition, tenant representation, landlord representation, build-to-suit coordination and consulting services.
