I specialize in location intelligence and in finding and securing on and off market sites to meet client’s growth plans. I have been active in commercial real estate in Louisville and surrounding counties since 1987 and my focus is land acquisition and sales across the spectrum: multi-family, retail, commercial, industrial and residential.
