Trent Rustan

About

Trent Rustan has over 30 years of real estate industry experience specializing in the acquisition and sales of commercial property for real estate investment companies and developers. Trent is an expert in retail and development land transactions and has successfully negotiated over $500 million of acquisition, disposition and leasing deals throughout Metropolitan Phoenix and the United States.  

Trent is a recognized expert in the Maricopa submarket of Arizona and represents many tenants, landowners, and other investors in that area. In addition, Trent is a member of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers. 

Trent received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona with majors in both Finance and Real Estate and was awarded an undergraduate research fellowship to study the impact of Resolution Trust Disposition policies on local real estate values. 

Trent joined Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2010 and received the Platinum Broker Award from CREXI in 2022. Trent was also awarded a COR$TAR Award from CORFAC International for the Largest Retail Size Transaction in 2023.  

When he is not transacting real estate, Trent likes to fish and travel to exotic islands.
