Tyler Hyde is a Vice President at lntelica. Having joined the brokerage team in the summer of 2019 as an Associate Broker, his focus has remained primarily on industrial and retail while representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. Tyler earned the honors of St. Louis Commercial Realtors Heavy Hitters 2021 Rookie of the Year and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SI OR) designations. Tyler is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he was a pitcher for the MTSU baseball team. After graduation, he played independent minor league baseball for the Frontier League's Rockford Riverhawks and later earned a master's degree from Lindenwood University. Prior to joining lntelica, Tyler spent six years in progressive roles with Coca-Cola managing retail/on-premise, convenience-retail, drug/value, and large grocery chains. Tyler is a native of St. Louis, where his family has been a staple in the foodservice/restaurant industry since the 1950's. His grandfather, Paul Savage, started AA Hotel and Restaurant on Park Avenue in downtown St. Louis in 1955, renamed Savage Foods' in 2002.
