Wilson Covington is partner and senior industrial broker with King Industrial Realty and has been a leading presence in the Atlanta market since 2000. Before joining King, Wilson spent six years with Pinnacle Southeastern, traveling the country handling site selection and construction management. During that time, he developed over one million square feet of warehouse and self-storage facilities from Florida to Ohio, giving him a deep understanding of warehousing, storage, and the operational demands of industrial real estate long before entering brokerage.

For the past 25 years, Wilson has concentrated his practice on Atlanta’s Westside and the Fulton Industrial corridor—one of the most active, diverse, and tenant-rich industrial submarkets in the Southeast. The sheer concentration, depth, and velocity of the tenant base made it an ideal region to master, and few brokers know the submarket as extensively or as granularly as he does today.

Wilson’s business is primarily focused on representing owners in selling or leasing their industrial properties. His long-standing relationships, detailed market knowledge, and ability to advise on both day-to-day decisions and long-term portfolio strategy have made him a trusted partner to local, regional, and national ownership groups.
