Allen Patterson

Allen has been a familiar face in the Portland commercial real estate scene for over 30 years. He's successfully represented owners, investors, developers and/or tenants in more than 900 transactions totaling over $510M and some 27M square feet including over 200 acres of industrial land. When he's not in the office, you might find him flying commercially, towing gliders for the local soaring club, or with a photographer taking aerial shots of the many properties he represents. He is an active member of the Columbia Aviation Association in promoting general aviation throughout the NW. Locally he is a Director of the Lake Grove Fire District.
