Dave has been in industrial real estate brokerage for over 26 years having been with Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company. Dave's corporate clients include NIKE Inc., Georgia-Pacific Corp. and Goodwill Industries. During his career Dave has been instrumental in the development and leasing of projects totaling over 5.5 million square feet in the Portland Metro area. Institutional relationships with Kennedy Real Estate Council, ING Clarion, Crow Holdings and AMB have been cultivated over his career
