Since 1981, Don Ossey, SIOR has successfully represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in negotiating over 1000 industrial and investment transactions with an aggregate total of over $1 billion representing over 35 million square feet. Don achieved the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 1995. SIOR members are recognized worldwide as leaders in the commercial real estate profession. Don is very active on a national level within SIOR having served on the Board of Directors, SIOR Faculty Committee Chairman and Trustee for the SIOR Foundation. Due to his market knowledge and strong presence in the community, Don is looked upon as a resource for property owners, users, developers and investors. Don takes great pride in his professional reputation and commitment to our community. Don is a lifelong Oregonian and is a loyal Duck fan with a degree from the University of Oregon School of Architecture. Don is an avid golfer, loves music, travel and great wine!
