Jeff helped pioneer exclusive tenant and buyer representation in the Portland, OR market beginning in 1990 but now makes his home in Nashville. Drawing on a broad, global cultural background, he consistently looks beyond traditional lease negotiations to take a highly relational, solutions-focused approach. His primary concentration has been the Pacific Northwest but he has successfully negotiated leases across the United States. Several times a year, Jeff travels to countries such as Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Nepal, and Myanmar to partner with indigenous leaders through his nonprofit, The Berean Way.
