With industry awards and achievements too numerous to count, Scott's transaction history speaks for itself. Prior to joining Capacity Commercial Group, Scott was recognized as Cushman & Wakefield's top revenue producer between 1994 to 2004, in addition to being a finalist in BOMA's broker of the year awards in 1994-96 and 1998. He has closed transactions for a combined total of $1B and total aggregate square footage of 8M during his 32-year career. Scott is a past President of the Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and was named the 2005 CAR Member of the Year. Scott's knowledge and experience is highly regarded within the Portland real estate market and he has been a guest speaker at IREM and ULI, among other industry events throughout his career.
