Scott has been an Industrial Real Estate Broker since 2003 and is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. He specializes in Leasing and Sales of Industrial and Flex properties, is an active member of the Commercial Association of Brokers (C.A.B.) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member, Candidate (C.C.I.M.). Scott graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration, an Option in Marketing and a Minor in Pre-law. Scott's experience ranges from Developing 75 acres of farm land into a speculatively built, LEED certified industrial park, to leasing 2,000 SF incubator spaces. Scott has teamed up with two veterans and top producers in the business, Scott Kappes and Dan Slevin.
