Dr. Yong-Nam Kim is the Founder and CEO of Global PMC Inc., South Korea’s leading asset management firm specializing in small and medium-sized commercial buildings. Since 2004, he has built Global PMC into a trusted leader in real estate investment and property management, overseeing more than 130 properties across Korea and expanding into Japan, the USA, Vietnam, and other APAC countries.

Dr. Kim identified an underserved niche in the Korean property asset management market—smaller commercial assets—and has provided unparalleled expertise in this area. In 2010, he pioneered the KPM (Korea Property Manager) program, Korea’s first property management education initiative.

Dr. Kim excels in cross-border real estate investment advisory, having successfully facilitated transactions for ultra-high-net-worth Korean investors in collaboration with CCIM professionals in Japan and the USA. Recently, he also successfully completed office leasing representation and factory sales for multinational companies based in the United States.

He served as President of the CCIM Korea Chapter from 2016 to 2021, contributing to the association’s growth and global network expansion. With credentials such as CCIM, CPM, SIOR, and FRICS, Dr. Kim is renowned for his expertise in international real estate strategies.
