About
As the Founder and CEO of Global PMC Inc., I have dedicated over 20 years to pioneering the specialized market of small and medium-sized commercial building asset management in South Korea. With a PhD in Real Estate and a global perspective, I bridge the gap between local expertise and international investment standards.
My journey in real estate leadership is defined by a commitment to the global professional network. Having served as the President of the CCIM Korea Chapter for six years (2016–2021), I am now honored to serve as the Regional First Vice President for Region 13 of the CCIM Institute, where I work to strengthen international coordination and growth.
Since 2004, I have led Global PMC to manage a diverse portfolio of over 130 properties, expanding our footprint across Japan, the USA, Vietnam, and the wider APAC region. My mission has always been to identify and serve niche markets, which led me to create the KPM (Korea Property Manager) program in 2010—Korea’s first professional property management education initiative.
Currently, I also serve as the Chairman of the Seoul Gyeonggi Real Estate Asset Management Association (K-BIZ). As the sole Korean representative of CORFAC International, I specialize in:
* Cross-border Investment Advisory: Facilitating complex transactions for UHNW investors in Japan and the US.
* Corporate Real Estate Services: Leading office leasing and industrial/factory sales for multinational firms.
* Thought Leadership: Sharing deep market insights through my weekly columns in The Korea Economic Daily (since 2011) and NewsPim, and via my YouTube channel, 'Global PMC Insight(글로벌PMC인사이트)'.
I am driven by the belief that exceptional opportunities—not averages—define true success in real estate. I welcome connections with professionals interested in global investment strategies, asset management excellence, and international real estate networking.
